The Sale Process

Step 1: Initial Fit Check

We begin with a brief conversation to assess alignment in values, strengths and aspirations.

Step 2: Terms Agreement

Once aligned, we issue a Letter of Intent summarizing key terms: purchase structure, timing, price and mutual commitments for transparency.

Step 3: Detailed Review

We perform an in‑depth review of financials, operations, customer and supplier relationships and team structure to ensure clarity before final agreement.

Step 4: Final Agreement

We finalize the sale via a purchase agreement that sets out structure, price, protections, and terms for transition to new ownership.
